Welcome to UselessDecor. UselessDecor is a brand operated by the business responsible for this store. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "UselessDecor," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating under the UselessDecor brand.
We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you with our online shopping services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced in these Terms, govern your access to and use of the Services and your purchases from us.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, responsibilities, warranties, limitations of liability, orders, custom products, and other matters.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have the legal authority required to use the Services and make purchases.
When using the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, payment information, and other information necessary to create an account or complete a transaction.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the right to provide such information.
If you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person without our permission.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in device displays, screen settings, lighting conditions, materials, and ordinary production variations.
Minor variations that are reasonably inherent in the production process do not necessarily constitute a defect. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from what you ordered, or otherwise qualifies for assistance under our Refund Policy.
Product descriptions, designs, availability, pricing, specifications, and other product information may be updated or changed from time to time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available for purchase where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, including where necessary because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, legal or regulatory requirements, or other legitimate business reasons.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and the applicable payment has been successfully authorized or processed.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase, including product options, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and any personalization or customization information.
For non-custom products, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation or modification request before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted.
For custom and personalized products, cancellation and modification rules are described in Section 4 below.
If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information associated with your order.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not use the Services to engage in unauthorized commercial resale, export, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Certain products offered through our store may be made specifically for you based on information, text, photographs, artwork, designs, sizes, options, or other customization instructions that you submit ("Customization Materials").
You are responsible for reviewing all customization information carefully before submitting your order. This includes names, spelling, dates, photographs, text, size selections, design choices, and other personalization details.
Custom or personalized orders may be canceled or modified before production begins. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@uselessdecor.com.
Once production has begun, a custom or personalized order cannot normally be canceled or modified. Production may include printing, personalization, manufacturing, cutting, assembly, or another production process specific to the ordered product.
Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality-related reasons after production has begun.
This restriction does not apply when an item qualifies for assistance because it arrives damaged, bent, defective, incorrectly produced, incorrectly fulfilled, or does not match the customization information that you correctly submitted or approved. Such situations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If an error results from customization information that you submitted incorrectly, including incorrect spelling, names, dates, photographs, selections, or other customer-provided information, the resulting product will generally not be considered defective or incorrectly produced.
By submitting Customization Materials, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide those materials for the requested product.
You grant us and our applicable production and fulfillment service providers a limited license to use, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, and transmit your Customization Materials solely as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, fulfill, deliver, support, and administer your order.
Customization Materials submitted for an order are not considered "Feedback" merely because you uploaded or submitted them through the Services. We do not obtain a general perpetual commercial advertising license to your private customization materials solely because you submitted them to create a custom product.
SECTION 5 - PRICES, TAXES, BILLING, AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price shown when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be calculated and displayed through Shopify Checkout before you complete your purchase where applicable.
Prices offered through UselessDecor may differ from prices or promotions offered through third-party marketplaces, sales channels, or other platforms.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or other third-party payment service providers available through our checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, and account information necessary to complete your transaction.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted in connection with your purchase and that charges associated with your order may be submitted to the applicable payment provider.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of Shopify and the applicable third-party payment service provider.
We generally do not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about payment and personal information processing.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our current shipping destinations, processing information, estimated delivery timeframes, tracking practices, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
We currently do not offer international shipping unless an international destination is expressly made available through our checkout.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control. However, this does not limit your rights if an order arrives damaged, bent, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for assistance under our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including our trademarks, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, audio, website design, layouts, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to us, Shopify, or other applicable rights holders and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services for your personal and lawful use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, scrape, sell, republish, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected content available through the Services without the permission of the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to our trademarks, copyrights, designs, branding, or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.
The UselessDecor name, branding, product names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks or other protected intellectual property of us or our licensors. Shopify names, marks, and branding belong to Shopify or its applicable affiliates.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Some features of the Services may be provided through Shopify or third-party applications and service providers, including customer accounts, wishlists, reviews, marketing, analytics, payment processing, and other functionality.
We may not control every aspect of third-party tools. Certain third-party tools may be made available "as is" and "as available" and may also be subject to terms and privacy policies established by their providers.
You should review applicable third-party terms when appropriate before using those services.
Nothing in this section is intended to eliminate responsibilities that UselessDecor has to you regarding products purchased directly from us.
SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites or online services operated by third parties.
If you voluntarily leave our Services to access an unrelated third-party website or service, we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability, or privacy practices of that independent third party.
You should review the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices before entering into a transaction with that third party.
This section does not transfer responsibility for UselessDecor orders, customer service, returns, refunds, replacements, or other obligations relating to products purchased directly from UselessDecor to Shopify, a carrier, payment provider, app provider, or another third party.
SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
UselessDecor is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases you make from our store are transactions directly with the business operating the UselessDecor brand.
Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related services but is not the seller of UselessDecor products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, claims, refunds, returns, or other liabilities arising solely from products sold directly by UselessDecor.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY
Personal information processed in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services.

Information may also be processed by third-party service providers that assist us with payments, customer accounts, wishlists, reviews, marketing, analytics, fulfillment, shipping, and other Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 12 - CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
You may choose to submit reviews, ratings, comments, suggestions, ideas, photographs, or other content relating to our products or Services ("Feedback").
By voluntarily submitting Feedback for publication or promotional purposes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote that Feedback in connection with our business and Services, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the Feedback and that your Feedback does not unlawfully infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
We may remove or decline to publish Feedback that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, malicious, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Customization Materials submitted solely for the manufacture or fulfillment of a custom or personalized order are not considered Feedback solely because they were uploaded or transmitted through the Services. The treatment of Customization Materials is governed by Section 4 of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, or other information.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel or modify an affected order where necessary because of a material error or inaccuracy.
If an order is canceled after payment because of such an error, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled amount.
SECTION 14 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable international, federal, state, or local laws or regulations;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person;
- submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or malicious material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, spam, phishing communications, or similar harmful content;
- collect or track personal information about other individuals without lawful authority;
- circumvent or interfere with the security, access restrictions, checkout, payment systems, anti-fraud systems, or technical functionality of the Services;
- scrape, extract, reproduce, copy, sell, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Services without authorization; or
- use automated tools or systems in a manner that violates these Terms or bypasses technical measures designed to control automated access.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably determine that these Terms have been materially violated.

Where our systems expressly require an Agent to identify itself, the Agent must provide accurate identification and comply with the applicable technical requirements.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions regarding intellectual property, customer content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and privacy, will continue to apply.
SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY US OR RIGHTS AND WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, DURABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USELESSDECOR AND THE BUSINESS OPERATING THE USELESSDECOR BRAND, TOGETHER WITH OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
THIS MAY INCLUDE LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, TO THE EXTENT SUCH DAMAGES MAY LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the business operating the UselessDecor brand, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your material breach of these Terms;
- your unlawful use of the Services;
- your violation of applicable law or another person's rights; or
- Customization Materials or other content you submit without the rights or permissions necessary to use them.
This section applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 21 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our posted policies and any additional terms applicable to a specific product, promotion, or Service, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and supersede prior communications relating to the same subject matter.
SECTION 22 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by law.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, transfer of the business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in this section shall limit, exclude, or deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies available to you under applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted by agreement.

Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Services after an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
